Semper Veritas et Tolerantia

Greetings To All:

This Blog piece is about my new theme for this coming year – and years to come. Translated: Always Truth and Tolerance which I hope to carve into my heart and mind for the next coming years. With the onset of the 50th anniversary of the Jewish Historical Society, I feel there is a need to keep in the mind the many people who were a part in the making of New Haven.

Harvey Ladin showed the need to keep records and the special thoughts of every Jewish person who made their life here. The Society has such a vast amount of information and collecting more each year it is a thriving enterprise which needs to be protected for the future of all the Jewish persons who will be coming behind us. And I feel I have seen Truth and Tolerance within these archives each and every day.

Let us keep the mission alive to keep going for the many years to come!!!
